About Us
Greenikk is a revolutionary brand specializing in sustainable, environmentally friendly products.Since the ban on single-use plastics was first introduced, we identified Chennai as our primary research market to initiate search for eco-friendly alternatives. We studied this market for consumer trends, needs and behaviour based on the ban.
Our first product is a 100% organic alternative for single-use plastic straws made from the leaf stalks of a papaya plant. This idea was born out of a visit to a papaya farm and noticing the hollow leaf petioles of the papaya tree which represented drinking straws.
This initiative is a ground-breaking step that addresses the plastic pollution problem and contributes towards the livelihood of papaya farmers in India. Greenikk owns the intellectual property rights for the developmental process of the papaya straws.
Currently, Greenikk products are being manufactured in a high-grade Incubator Lab in Kerala.
All its products go through a number of solution treatments, making them safe for consumption.

contributes towards all parties involved.
This movement is referred to as the “Greenik Army”
Its mission is to connect each enterprise and individual dedicated to green innovation, towards a healthier planet and environment.
